Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hintha Studio ("Hintha", "the Service"), operated by Hinthastudio, [[DECISION NEEDED: registered address]]. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Hintha, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to that account secure. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms, including the content rules in §4.1 and the prohibited uses in §4.6.

You upload video and other source material you did not create. By uploading a file, you attest that you hold the necessary rights to it, or that your use of it is otherwise lawful, including any rights needed to produce and publish a derivative work from it.

Using Hintha does not make your output copyright-free, and it does not clear any rights in the source material you uploaded.

You are solely responsible for what you publish and where you publish it.

Copyright takedown requests. If you are a rights holder and believe content processed by Hintha infringes your rights, contact zma.brilliantfuture@gmail.com. We aim to respond within [[DECISION NEEDED: takedown response window]]. Accounts subject to repeated valid infringement complaints will be terminated.

Hintha retains provenance records — what was uploaded, by whom, and when — and may produce them in response to a valid legal request.

Subject to §4.1, you own the output you generate with Hintha. AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be unique — another user may receive a similar result from a similar prompt or source — and Hintha grants no exclusivity over any output.

If you post output to TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or any other platform, that platform's rules apply, and any enforcement action it takes — a strike, demonetization, a takedown, or account loss — is between you and that platform. Hintha is not a party to that relationship and does not indemnify you against it.

Credits are a prepaid usage allowance. They are not currency, are not transferable between accounts, and have no cash value.

Payment is manual and takes place off-platform. Access begins when an operator manually activates your credits or plan after reviewing your payment, not when you send the transfer. Target activation window: [[DECISION NEEDED: manual activation target window]].

Consumed credits are non-refundable. A generation that completes has used real underlying cost, whether or not you are satisfied with the result.

If a generation fails: [[DECISION NEEDED: failure refund policy — whether credits are returned automatically, on request, or not at all, matching the reserve/settle/release behavior in the backend]].

Subscription credit rollover and expiry: unused subscription credits stay usable for 7 days after your billing period ends. Credits still unused at the end of those 7 days expire, are removed from your balance, and are not restored or refunded. Top-up credits follow the same 7-day window from the end of the billing period in which they were activated.

Prices may change with notice. Credits you have already purchased are honored at the rate you paid for them.

Source video length, daily limits, and how many jobs can run at once depend on your plan — see the pricing page for current limits. Capacity also depends on upstream providers and is not guaranteed. There is no uptime service-level agreement.

You may not use Hintha to create or distribute:

• content that sexualizes minors;
• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• a real person's voice or likeness without their consent;
• content intended to harass another person;
• misinformation presented as fact; or
• any attempt to evade a platform's content-identification systems.

The last item is a standing, permanent policy of this project: Hintha will not knowingly be used to help content evade a platform's content-identification systems.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, including repeated copyright complaints under §4.1 or any prohibited use under §4.6.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hintha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
