Privacy Policy

• Account identity from Google sign-in (email address, display name).
• Source files you upload, and generated outputs.
• Transcripts and scripts generated from your source files.
• Usage and credit records (which tools you used, how much, and when).
• Basic technical logs.

Your data is processed on Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure, including Google's Vertex AI, primarily in the asia-southeast1 region and Google's global endpoints.

Vertex AI does not use customer prompts or content to train its models.

This applies to processing through Vertex AI specifically. It is not a claim about every AI system or provider in general.

Source uploads and generated outputs are deleted 2 days after they are created. This is done by a lifecycle rule on the storage buckets themselves, not by a manual process, so it applies whether or not you ask for it. Transcripts and alignment data produced during a job are held with that job and go on the same schedule.

Note: §4.1 of the Terms of Service requires Hintha to retain provenance records (what was uploaded, by whom, and when) to support copyright takedown requests. Those records are metadata about a file, not the file itself, and they outlive the 2 days above.[[DECISION NEEDED: how long provenance records are kept]]

To request deletion of your data, contact zma.brilliantfuture@gmail.com. Billing records and provenance records described above survive a deletion request.

Payment is manual: you send a bank transfer and share the transfer receipt with Hintha through a messaging channel. That receipt commonly contains a bank account number, a phone number, and a name.

We do not sell your personal data. Your data is shared only with processors who help run the Service (Google Cloud, Firebase, Vertex AI), in response to a valid legal request, or with a rights holder as part of the copyright takedown process described in the Terms of Service.

Hintha is not directed at children under the minimum age stated in the Terms of Service, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age.
